1. Rental Agreement

1.1 We agree to rent the Goods to you on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

1.2 The Agreement commences on the date set out in the Schedule and will run for the Term of the rental period.

2. Payments

2.1 You must make the Payments to us for the duration of the Term of the rental period in advance.

2.2 All Payments must be paid to us by Credit Card

2.3 A security deposit of $200 will be automatically debited from the Credit Card in addition to the rental fee for the term of the rental period.

2.4 The security deposit will be held in trust until such time as:

2.4.1 The Rental unit is returned in complete and perfect working order as detailed in Point 3. The Goods, of this agreement. At such time the security deposit of $200 will be credited to the Credit Card that it was debited from. This may take up to 21 days from the date of receiving the goods at our facility in French Forest NSW, Australia

2.4.2 The Rental unit has been purchased outright at the end of the rental period, and the goods are retained by the Rentor. At such time the Security deposit of $200 will be deducted from the balance outstanding from the Recommended Retail Price of the unit rented, along with the total amount paid for the Term of the rental period.

2.5 No refunds of rental payments are available once the units is received by the customer.

3. The Goods

3.1 The goods will be supplied to the Rentor in complete and perfect working order, including all accessories as outlined in the product description on our rental page

3.2 The goods will be returned to DJO Global in complete and perfect working order, including all accessories as outlined in the product description on our rental page at the end of the Term of the rental period. If the Rentor selects to purchase the unit outright at the end of the rental period no return will be necessary.

4. Liability

4.1 If at the end of the agreement the unit is not returned to DJO Global within 21 days of the expiry date of the Term of the renatl agreement, the security deposit of $200 will be retained by DJO Global and DJO Global may exercise the right to seek full payment outstanding of the Recommended Retail Price from the Rentor

4.2 If at the end of the agreement the unit is not returned in complete and perfect working order as outlined in 3. The Goods, to DJO Global within 21 days of the expiry date of the agreement, the security deposit of $200 will be retained by DJO Global and DJO Global may exercise the right to seek full payment outstanding of the Recommended Retail Price from the Rentor
